Market Prediction for 2010

January 22nd, 2010 Thomas No comments

While I am writing this post, I am sitting at the navigation table on our yacht (shared yacht we own just over a metre of it). Very warm outside, so I better hurry to enjoy the day again. Before going on our mini-break, I bought the newest edition of Your TradingEdge (http://www.YTEmagazine.com). The magazine is more tailored towards technical analysts and addresses more investors that trade shorter timeframes. This is perfect reading material for me as I am stepping up my trading activity this year.

I will still use the rules of the Home Study Course and continue to maintain the blog portfolio. This will be my investment portfolio. However I am more active now and will use different sets of rules and charts to earn a day to day living from trading.

First Home Trading Blog Post

August 10th, 2009 Thomas No comments

I am excited, my new blog is finally live. Well I had this idea of writing a trading blog almost a year ago but I never made it a priority as I was caught up with other projects and the start of the Global Economical Crisis didn’t seem the right time to get started.

Well we have a different picture now as the market seems to recover and I get back into trading mood. What better time than starting now and share with you my experiences in the world of shares. The main topic is the Blog Portfolio, which I will update on a weekly basis. I’ll let you know any additions or any position removals and tell you the reason behind it. I am also in the process of building up a list of fantastic resources that I will share over time.

I highly recommend you read following pages:

About Me
About this Blog
Stock List

As you can read there, the portfolio is based on any buy signals that I got since the beginning of 2009. Since I started the blog in August, I will use the next couple of posts to publish the buy and sell dates of the stocks that make up the Blog Portfolio.

I like this blog to be as interactive as possible, so please leave comments and if you like a post, bookmark it with your favourite social bookmarking tool.

Happy Reading
